What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
Renters must be 21 years of age or older.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes. A minimum 6-hour interval is required between bookings to allow time for inspection and preparation of the vehicle.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer the following rental discounts:
5% off – 3-day rentals
10% off – 7-day rentals
18% off – 15-day rentals
25% off – 30-day rentals
Rent 6 days and get the 7th day free
Promotions may vary based on availability.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $250 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Minimum rental: 2 days
Maximum rental: No limit
Renters may extend their reservation based on availability.
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
All rentals are subject to the Albuquerque Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) rate of 7.625%.
Any applicable fees or discounts are clearly itemized before booking confirmation.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 300 miles per day.
Unlimited mileage may be added for $30 per day.
Mileage exceeding the included amount will be charged at $0.32 per mile.
What are your standard business hours?
Our standard business hours are 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM.

Delivery and pick-up are available at the following locations:

- $40 delivery/pick-up fee
- Free for rentals of 3 days or more
Hotels or Motels within the city

Guest Choice Locations (within 25 miles)
$40 delivery/pick-up fee for rentals under 2 days
Free for rentals of 3 days or more
Locations beyond 25 miles
$75 delivery/pick-up fee
Must be approved by RnR Rentals LLC on a case-by-case basis

Pick-up and return times are scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Yes. Custom deliveries must be arranged in advance and approved by RnR Rentals LLC.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, pick-ups and returns outside normal hours may be accommodated with prior notice.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Mileage exceeding the daily allowance is charged at $0.32 per mile.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
There is no additional fee for an additional driver, provided they meet rental requirements and are listed on the agreement.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Renters are responsible for all toll charges, parking violations, and tickets incurred during the rental period.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
We take pride in delivering vehicles that are clean and ready for every renter. Please return the vehicle in similar condition.
A $180 cleaning fee will be applied if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
🐶 Pet Policy:
While we love animals, pets are not allowed in our rental vehicles.
🚭 Smoking Reminder:
Please do not attempt to mask smoke odors with fragrances. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
